What it is

A small card.
A real network.

The Explorer Card is our way of handing you the city we actually know — the cafés we drink at after a shift, the rental shop we send our friends to, the studio we trust on a rainy Tuesday.

Buy it at any Capsule front desk for the duration of your stay and three months beyond. Show it at any partner. Get the perk. No app to download, no points to chase, no fine print.

Questions

The essentials.

How long is the card valid?

Three months from the day you buy it at the front desk. Use it as many times as you want during that window — there's no per-perk cap and no need to "save" it for later.

Where do I buy it?

At any Capsule front desk: Saint-Laurent in the Plateau, Bishop downtown, or Capsule + at the Old Port (once open). Ask the agent — it takes about thirty seconds to issue.

Can I use a perk more than once?

Yes. Each partner sets their own rules — most allow repeat visits during the three-month window. Just show your card: if it's active, the perk applies.

Can I gift it to someone?

The card is tied to the holder, but it's transferable: if you're checking out and a friend is checking in, you can hand it over. Just let the front desk know so we can update the name on the card.

What if a partner doesn't honor it?

Email relations@capsuleshotels.com and we'll fix it on the partner's side, then make sure your perk is honored retroactively. Rare, but it happens.
